Hello Vendors & Food Trucks!  We are so excited that you are interested in being a participant in the 2025 UFO Festival.  

Please be patient with us as we are quickly working to get our new online process set up.  

In the meantime make sure you have the following required documents ready to upload: 

  • City of Roswell Business Registration – Deadline June 27, 2025.  For more information contact the City of Roswell Permit office at 575-637-6280 or fill out your form online at https://us.cloudpermit.com/gov/registration
  • If you are an out-of-state vendor, you will need to obtain a State of NM EIN before applying for a City of Roswell Business Registration- https://www.tax.newmexico.gov/businesses/who-must-register-a-business/
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance / Rider of Insurance: Listing the Certificate Holder as City of Roswell/ MainStreet Roswell, dates July 3, 4, 5, 6, 2025.
  • NM Environmental Food Permit (if applicable) https://www.env.nm.gov/forms/
  • Deadline to submit vendor/food truck application – June 27, 2025

Once you get set up with all of the above, you will be ready to submit all of that information with your application once it is available.

Mothership Alliance Sponsorship

– $20, 000 (limited slots available)

  • Company LOGO on printed promotional item for the UFO Festival (posters, banners, flyers, handouts, etc.). Sponsor must submit logo in a jpeg or pdf format 
  • 3 – Premier booth spaces in location of choice at the UFO Festival spaces available; Chaves County Courthouse lawn, Pioneer Plaza, 100, 200, 300, 400 blocks of Main Street.
    • Sponsor may donate any of their 3 spaces to a non-profit or group of their choice
  • UFO Parade – Grand Marshal
  • Listed as Premier sponsor on the Main concert stage along with banner 
    • (Sponsor must provide a banner or graphics to director@mainstreetroswell.org)
  • Verbal recognition from both the Main concert stage and the Cultural stage on 1st St. 
  • VIP seating (8) for Friday & Saturday near the Main Stage
  • Recognition on all radio advertisement for UFO Festival
